Bottle Unscrambler:This bottle unscrambler machine is mainly used for automatically sorting, scrambling and conveying the glass or plastic bottles, including round and square bottles. The unscrambling machine can be connected with the labeling machine, filling machine and capping machine by conveyor, realizing a full production line for bottle packaging. It can perform as buffer platform, locating at the joint of production line, to shorten the length of conveyor. The unscrambler can also be applied in assembly line, automatically unscrambling and sorting the bottles, and automatically blocking bottles

This bottle unscrambling machine consists of turn table and bottle discharging. The plastic or glass bottles are running orderly with the turning of turn table, and slipping towards the brim of table with the force of switch-plate, and then discharging in an orderly way.
