The pipeline type high shear dispersing emulsifier is the high performance equipment used for continuous production and circular processing of fine materials. Inside the narrow space of its chamber, it is assembled with 1-3 groups of dual-geared stators and rotors of multilayer. The materials are sucked into the chamber by the strong axial suction produced by fast-turning rotor driven by the motor. within the shortest time, the materials will be processed by the operation of dispersion,shearing and emulsification, after which the size distribution will be within a narrow range, and the finished products will be fine and stable for a long period.
