Production description:
This machine is a small-scale, vertical, back-side sealing, pillow-shaped bag, and intermittent packaging machine. It can automatically complete the entire process of bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, date printing, cutting, and counting. The screw metering method is used for large bag packaging of powders and powdery materials with particles larger than 200 mesh. All components in contact with the charge are made of stainless steel and non-toxic wear-resistant plastic, complying with food and pharmaceutical packaging requirements.
It is suitable for packaging powdery filling that is easy to flow or has extremely poor fluidity, such as flour, powder, coffee, feed, pesticides, fuels, chemical products, etc.

1. Chinese and English touch screen display, easy operation and interpretation.
2. PLC computer control system runs more stably and does not need to adjust any parameters frequently.
3. Ten sets of parameters can be stored to make changing varieties more accurate.
4. Using servo motor control, the film pulling is more accurate and faster.
5. Independent temperature control system with accuracy up to ±1°C.
6. The horizontal and vertical sealing temperatures are independently controlled and can be well applied to various composite film packaging materials.
