SCM-VA Vacuum emulsifying mixer (bottom homogenizer), this agitator has the functions of emulsifying, homogenizing, heating and etc. It is suitable for producing emulsion or cream viscous product. It is widely used to product medicine emulsion, ointment, vanishing cream, facial mask, face cream, emulsion flavor, oil-water emulsification, emulsified asphalt, resinification, wax emulsion, waterborne polyurethane emulsion, pesticide, tissue homogenate, dairy production emulsion, juice, ink, jam.
Note that it is essential to keep low product losses, and Scmixer designs the machine as a short time cleaning to support frequent batch changes. Vacuum pumps and CIP valves are fully integrated in a manner consistent with GMP requirements to facilitate the cleaning of the external surface.
