Product Desriptions
ZHJ-80 automatic cartoning machine is developed by our own company with features of small cubage, light weight, widely used, high efficiency, multi purpose gathered in a machine features, and also can be connected to blister packing machine to become a production line, and qualified to GMP standard.
This machine is suitable for packing blister, round bottles, abnormal bottles or any other products. It can automatically fold leaflet, open carton, inset production along with leaflet, emboss letters, close the carton, and so on.
This machine is controlled by PLC. The photoelectricity will control each movement. While there is anything abnormal during running, the machine can stop automatically and display the reason on touch screen, so that it will be easy for you to clear the malfunction.

2,Packing Material Selection
Due to the quality of packing material may directly effect final packing quality, therefore there is high requirement for carton for this machine. Generally cartons should be made of 250g/m2-350g/m2 imported white plate box, and also there is some facture technics requirements for carton.
the leaflet should be made of 60 g/m2-70 g/m2paper, and it should be clean, flat, no rough edge, no winding side, no horniness block, no granule, and if there is no any force, it cannot became delamination.

4,Transportation and Installation
Carefully check machine whether it is under good station. Meanwhile check tools according to "packing list" if everything is ok. If find anything is not fine, please contact our company as soon as possible.
Transportation:
Use only thick twine, and avoid to use iron chain or steel wire. The thick twine should go through every machine jut, and all the touch surface should be protected with rubber, sponge etc flexibility objects.
Installation:
1. Place at the good ventilation and illumination space.
2. Set aside 1.5m width space in the round for ease operate and mend.
3. 380V-50Hz 3-phase AC electrical power, good ground line connection.
4. Machine should place on the level ground, after finish install, checking with gradienter. If not level, adjust the four legs under machine.
5. After finish installing, carefully check components whether loosen, if have, should fasten it immediately. To antirust, machine was covered with grease paper before consigning, so shall clean the excrescent grease with fiber cotton cloth and alcohol. After cleaning, re-oil every lubricate joint.

- there are main driving motor and clutch detent in machine base, and overload safeguader in each transmission system on machine plate. Thus when overload, the main driving motor and each transmission parts will separate to ensure safety of whole machine.
- this machine is with reject device. The leaflet, blister, carton will go through sensor inspecting, and output after letter embossing and carton closed. Thus if there is no leaflet or blister, the carton will be rejected.
- this machine can be separately used, and also can be connected to blister packing machine or any other equipment to be production line.
